Be referring to where the shadow of the central tower falls pointing to where to dig? Like some National Treasure poo poo?

North of the monument is a statue of Sam Houston on his horse. Maybe about 200 yards north of it.
I'm gonna be in Houston tomorrow. Kinda makes me wanna go look around!
