18s were a loving disaster tonight. Even moreso than usual with me along. Even my healcrit seemed to be hosed. As if I needed to feel more ineffectual during some of those boss fights. Christ. I'm really hoping they roll back some of their changes. I'll have to jump on one of my alts and see if I really hit a wall when I get to Savage Coast and/or Blue Mountain, since that's originally that's where I started to struggle.

No that wasn't a disaster. I've been on some disastrous 18s. You did fine as a healer and kept me up through everything.

The lag and graphics slowdown when killing them in ungodly too. I'm playing at absolute minimum graphics level, and my GPU isn't that bad.

I killed the Blue Mountain once twice and got the pet. Kingsmouth gave me a blue Aggression.

Edit: Dozens of pubbies shooting this guy plus my black hole going off. I'm sitting at a solid 1 fps.

For those who weren't in Mumble when this went down (always be in Mumble), I decided I wanted to buy some Funcom points so I could get an outfit. This is the sequence of events:

1 - Select Funcom Points to purchase
2 - Input CC info
3 - Get billed for Funcom points
4 - 6 month old failed transaction for a 1 month subscription gets put through.

There's no way to remove failed transactions (from, you know, when you stop playing) from your account. And the moment you purchase something else, the system decides it wants to try to rerun all those transactions, even though you didn't approve them.

So, now I've been billed for a subscription I didn't authorize or want, and they are like "tough poo poo, you should know how our billing system fails and preemptively work around it", to which I'm like "tough poo poo on you, that's not how the law or your credit card agreements work." They should know this after the poo poo they pulled with AoC/AO where they were triple billing people poo poo and had thousands of chargebacks and got reported up and down to the Better Business Bureau.

So, I'll be posting a sweet thread about it on the Funcom forums later today to push the issue and give Len somewhere to poo poo on pubbies.

We'll see how it plays out.

I would spew righteous fury on the Funcom forums if I could but I can't post on the live forums. Just testlive.

Of course not. You didn't circle-jerk enough (nor did I, despite of calling out golems, correcting spawn info/coordinates and helping people with instance info)

I like that they're sometimes doing these "helper" awards but so far everytime they've done it in an rear end-backwards way (see also the "medic" rewards of the last ARG, although I'm not sure they ever sent them out). I'd actually rather they didn't reward anyone than randomly rewarding people who shouted the loudest and judged by GMs who have proven to be useless in every other aspect before.

And if they went off Wrong-way I was on her ignore list the first day because I said "Pulling out a pet"

A item that allows you to repair anywhere (instead of at a vendor)
A sombrero, 3d movie glasses, and other clothes
One time use item that allows you to trash epic drops into 1 of the end game "black bullion" currency (way not worth it)
