Would jump surprisingly high to bite them dead. My first dog, a Jack Russel loved jumping up in the air to catch and eat flies and wasps and all flying insects until his eyesight went. My Lurcher snaps at flies to.

My dog wakes me up every morning. Either strutting around making general noise whilst he wants to get out the door, barking to be out or barking in my face. I let him out so he can piss, and sometimes go back to bed to get in my usual hour or half hour extra sleep. He barks me awake again. I better start shutting him in the kitchen after the first wake up.
