These choices will almost certainly not have any repercussions for the parties involved. I really like that last panel. The colors and postures contrast with the rest of the comic. You can even see the three lines in the background, connecting them to Wadsworth's unstable emotional state. The angle the lines are at is also a fantastic compositional choice.
