Is anyone else having a problem on the Vita version where the camera doesn't snap back when you adjust it with the touchscreen? I mean, it seems like being able to pan around wherever could be useful, but it seems to happen randomly and there doesn't look to be any way to turn it off, so it looks more like a bug
