I am strongly tempted by Empire, given I am in the UK, that said what sort of period weaponry does it tend toward? I ask because my sister and brother in law are apparently interested and they used to be be internationally competing Epee fencers before being professional coaches for years. This essentially means they are super intrigued by the idea of murderating people using rapiers at terrifying and inhuman speed whilst moving in manners which are blatantly impossible for humans to process (I just used to fence saber, they scare me!). Is this a thing which is liable to work within the game?
