Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number finally released on March 10th and it's everything that you want in a sequel to Hotline Miami, especially the music and aesthetic. Well, it's everything that I want, at least. There are some valid complaints about the level design and the gameplay restrictions, but I found it to be a solid experience and well worth the time slogging through some of the difficult levels.

Just found and searched through this thread and I'm kinda surprised no one has mentioned The Guest yet. It's not totally in this genre but it definitely deserves mention here. The trailer doesn't really convey the feel of the movie and kinda spoils a bunch of fun twists. It's best to go in blind if you ask me but if the poster and my recommendation aren't selling you it feels very heavily influenced by Drive, Terminator 2, and early John Carpenter flicks Has a  soundtrack too!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdZFbvOYNMY

I really loved The Guest. It starts out as a sort of family drama but keeps ramping up until it's this weird thriller/horror thing. It's actually got the same actress from It Follows, Maika Monroe. Also You're Next is a pretty sweet horror movie from the same writer director team of The Guest.

Discovered this Kickstarter today: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1420158244/power-drive-2000 It's a neon 80s racing game. It looks really cool, but I'm afraid the guy may have asked for too much. He's asking for $45k CAD from a thirty day kickstarter, so he needs roughly $1500 CAD a day if he wants to make the goal.
