We'll be flying back at the end of July, so anywhere after the 25th. Intra-Europe flights seem to be pretty cheap, so we're willing to hop around if it will shave off some money. There's a Lufthansa/Condor flight on July 31 from Amsterdam that's €1593 for two. You should be able to get from Dublin to Amsterdam for around €250 on Aer Lingus.
