It helped a bit, but not nearly enough. So I tried metal polish and it pretty much became clear as glass. I just used a random chrome & metal paste polish and elbow grease. It's worth a shot. I always had the best results with a can of Mothers Mag wheel polish for cleaning my cars headlights. Plastic cleaners never seemed to get them nearly as clear as the mothers stuff.
