To Add: Hoplite (Android/7DRL); you've probably already heard of it. Zettai Hero Project (PSP/Vita); a Shirenlike by the people who brought you Disgaea, which implies pretty much everything you think it does. Also there's no compelling reason to play basic Elona over ElonaPlus anymore.
