Must be something with loading forklifts. We had almost the same thing a couple months ago. The guys figured since there was so much other stuff on the trailer, they could get away with just putting chocks on the forklift wheels. The driver made it a whole 15 miles before someone flagged him down to let him know a couple forks were sticking out the rear doors. "You're IT, right? I slipped and broke my Qualcomm. Can you fix it?"
