Season 6 hit Netflix this week, and while rewatching I'm reminded how goddamn awesome Tatiana Maslany was in her few appearances. I really, really hope she makes an appearance in season 7, though [cast spoiler ahead] apparently the actress who played Lucy will be back, so there's a good chance we've seen the last of Nadia, sadly.

Yes, the show is back in the Spring for a final (short) season. They're sticking with the time lapse for the remaining episodes.

Season six had two episodes that felt like series finales to me. The one where Ann and Chris leave really felt like a finale. My wife thought it was the series finale.

It's been teetering on the verge on cancellation at least once a season (the Harvest Festival, Leslie's wedding, and Ann and Chris leaving are all possible "this might be it!" moments IIRC, in addition to all of the season finales) because it's tended to get renewed in half-seasons then extended when all of NBC's new comedies crash and burn. They've all been really good episodes, so that's a really good sign for this season. e: Actually I don't remember liking the one that launched the recall plot but aside from that, they're all pretty good. And it gave us the best Andy face.

According to Sepinwall, it'll air on Tuesdays, with back-to-back episodes every week besides the premier and the one-hour finale, through January and February.

Yup, they are really burning through those episodes. I wonder what amazing performing show they are going to put in it's slow when its over. Still, Looking forward to it. Knowing it is the last season should allow them one hell of a final 13.

Sad that they are kind of just throwing them away like they don't give a poo poo, because this show is very important to me. But also it'll be fun to have back to back episodes. This show has stayed pretty consistently wonderful

And just to shake things up a bit, her stubborn soon-to-be ex-husband who refuses to sign the papers could be her new boss in the police department!

There is the worry that the show could date really quickly, but since when it airs it will be taking place in the far future of only two years away, I have to imagine all the tech stuff will be done in a very jokey fashion.
