I never watched the first series, even though I was interested in it. Don't think any fansubbers picked it up and I didn't see any raw's either. Well I'll be looking forward to this at any rate.

The first episode was super fun. It didn't even make me want to go build my gunplas, just to play Gundam VS. It's just a silly show to get some cool looking Gundam fights for me at this point, without having to be heavily invested in the story.

It keeps bothering me how they hand over the gunplas to each other. If I grabbed any model with a backpack like Reiji does it would probably fall off instantly. Not to mention any weapons its holding. I kept thinking the silver haired girl in the OP would be from Reiji's planet/whatever and came to get him back or something, but guess not.

I can't get over Ailas last name, being from Finland my self, not to mention when they say it out loud. Is this how it feels whenever there's like German or some other popular country presented? But it was still a really awesome episode, a bit sad the Tallgeese got destroyed so fast though. But the new Astray was cool.
