If I was fighting a boss, I didn't know it... I jump from world to world all the time.

So, here's my meat farm. Skeletons give money through hooks and helmets and other drops, bunnies and crabs and fish are there for hilarity. The bunnies aren't hit by the arrows. I just hang there and get rich.

So, draining the oceans into hell is a great idea. Obsidian everywhere, a hellbridge already made and waiting for you. Also, the water doesn't evaporate until you disturb it.
