The whole concept of "campus police" seems really weird to me in the UK, i'm pretty sure i've never even seen any kind of uni security. Then again UK uni's normally don't even have a campus in the sense that you do in the US so i guess there's less need. Also i didn't live in the main student hall's, i'd imagine security would be more active there.
