Where the hell in the northwest do you live? I'm on 50mbps Comcast for $50 in the Seattle area and that's a pretty decent deal as far as I've found.

I've seen a couple communities do FTTH around here, but for the most part it's Comcast (which has actually been very solid, and I always get my advertised speed) or lol 1.5Mbps - 6Mbps DSL.
