I live in central Florida and it seems a majority of the area is capped at 10/2-3. Brighthouse has the fastest I belive but 50-60mb/s for like 80 bucks isn't worth it in my eyes. Most schools in my area are getting 100/100. I know of several people in Orlando that use Clear as their ISP and tweak the gently caress out of their little 4g hotspot giving them a solid 40mb/s. I like the idea of being able to take your internet with you like that, especially if you find yourself traveling a lot. At about 7pm every day that 10 drops to 6. Enough to get by, but god damnit I swear its gotten slower in the past year or so.
