I will listen to any broken game horror stories you have, this is my favorite poo poo. I was a Battletech player as a tiny boy man, and Battletech is a pretty groggy dice-fest headache of a game that takes too long to play, but when I saw Dark Age I somehow distrusted it instinctively. Reading about the game online I could never make any sense of the way people talked about it — and the Dark Age forums always felt a little, uh, scrappy, nobody was ever very happy. I remember everyone complaining that Mechs were useless in a game called MechWarrior.
