Nope, born and raised in New Jersey, with all that entails. In English. The gibberish says

The quick red fox jumps over the lazy brown dog. I have no idea how I read my own cursive. I usually don't.

I just have terrible, terrible cursive when I'm writing fast. Slower, it's a lot more legible, but I already took one picture and :effort:
