came out this past friday (~day and a half ago) i listened to about half of it while getting ready friday and its just so slow and boring. i was bummed by the kids and monsters albums but horror show gave me hope. unfortunately it kinda feels like they're down and out at this point.

I actually grabbed a screenshot of that game after watching the stream because the colour pallete was so nice I wanted to steal it. What a weird gem, lovely art, great tunes, original Batman TAS animation. Pity the gameplay seemed awwwwful

I really, really like the first verse and prechorus, but I'm not feeling the weird keychange into the chorus at all. (However, the final chorus after the solo in the bridge really works for me, probably because it doesn't change keys?) This song feels like it was almost really, really great classic Midnight.

I went to the first one in Rhode Island when I was still living there and it was a great time, if I wasn't moving I was going to take a trip down for a day or two. IMO though this isn't nearly as good of a line up as year 1 but they really got derailed due to covid.
