Honestly unsure, only saw mention of the time-limited nature of the copyright in the video description/comments. Perhaps it does go back to the artist (more likely the entity running hellfest, though), and possibly rightly so, but as a freeloading consumer I am venting my inane disappointment

The biggest gripe I have with the album dark all day is that all but like 2 songs are >5 mins, and the pacing gets glacial after drone racing league. So, while I like the new song, I'm worried it being 5:20 is a harbinger it'll be more like DAD than the self titled.

You should be able to grab the latest release from over in the sidebar on the right - and if it stops working, you usually just have to upgrade yt-dlp. That way, you won't have to rely on any website, and there's a pretty good chance that any website is simply a front-end for yt-dlp - because yt-dlp is the only well-maintained way of downloading things from YouTube (and other sites).

Tech Noir 2 hit me hard. Tech Noir is one of my favorite songs ever and I listened to it an unhealthy amount in the pandemic. It's a good song to jam to when everything is completely rear end-up hosed. I wasn't expecting them to take that storyline and turn it into something so hopeful and sincere. The repetition and alteration of the musical notes and beats of those in the original song is just Just this perfect feeling of "it's ok now, we got through it. Things can be worthwhile." Amazing. I wasn't expecting to tear up at a loving Gunship album.

I'm weirdly meh on blood for the blood god. Figured health would be a great collab but I think perturbator/health was much better. Couple other meh tracks that I can see myself skipping frequently, like empress of the damned. Otherwise a fantastic album and significant improvement over the plodding dark all day. Still doesn't top their debut, but definitely a step in the right direction. I liked it more than the last few midnight albums and any carpenter brut album since trilogy.
