It would probably be a good idea I include Wil Wheatons TableTop in there, as I've seen more games tagged with "As featured on TableTop" recently. It's gaining more traction in the main stream than most others. I had just made a post in the chat thread that someone should make a media thread too. Way to read my mind, Sarx!

Re: Nerd Poker It was mostly based off of D&D 2e. The current episodes have Blaine Capatch as the DM as Sark just had a baby. They eventually switched back to 2e, as it was the system they were most familiar with. It makes sense too, as they almost never had maps or did really tactical fights. Still an excellent podcast. I listen every week.

I don't remember that at all, but you're justified in not liking it. It's sophomoric humor at best. Basically the same type of banter I'd expect from nerds who understand comedic timing.
