I'm new to the Ron&Fez show... My introduction was this year's jocktober, then the blueberry incident, and then listening to the link in the OP and then a few other older recordings that I found on youtube and... What exactly is Fez's deal? When and why did he basically shut down and stop participating on the show? Was it before or after he came out?

Any insight into Fez would be helpful
