I buy festival tickets all the time; this is my fourth drat Coachella. I contend that camping sold out somehow during my transaction. Got a group of four for weekend two! We got two camping passes so were gonna make a sweet rear end camping spot. Lineup is OK, was kind of bummed a little by the headliners (Broken Bells is number 4...come on), but its my first festival in almost 10 years so im stoked!

Things I have discovered recently: > Caravan Palace (at a party I was at on friday. Loved it. Then heard the Sunday after that they are playing at Coachella? gently caress yes) > I thought that duck sauce was lovely electro house/dirty dutch. I don't know why. Probably because Afrojack used to play the poo poo out of that terrible song Barbara Streisand. Anyways, I discovered they are more disco house and am now super stoked to see them.

I saw them on the 16th, and it's pretty much a few lights a huge mirror that spins slowly behind Jaar. It's cool, but I don't know if it'd work during the day outside. Edit: The lights shine onto the mirror creating a cool effect, but it only catches it directly once every few minutes.
