Which is the one where terminally ill people get eaten and barfed out healthy by some kind of Native American spirit?

Is Dreamland a mytharc episode? That was pretty good too.

I don't think it counts, not every episode where the government is the bad guy is mytharc. Like, I'm not sure how The Pine Bluff Variant or Unrequited wound up in that guide on the previous page.

It was almost a relief when Continuum was actually set in Vancouver.

Probably half the episodes per season and none of the MotW ones that made the show so great, instead focusing on the mytharc. Maybe there would have been more direction in the main story, but it's hard to imagine the show without Mulder and Scully investigating weird cases on the side.

Every episode would spend some amount of time on the main arc while also solving an unrelated case, like Fringe.

(Fringe is basically what he's trying to imagine, only with merely network levels of violence and nudity.)

There's also an entertaining Easter egg in the second season finale of Millennium where Peter Watts breaks into a secret government bunker and discovers one of CSM's discarded cigarette packets.

Morleys have actually shown up a whole lot of places, not all of them deliberate X-Files nods, wherever a cigarette is needed but you can't or won't use a real brand.
