How far into scifi do you want? I've been playing a bunch (read: a lot) of Warframe and the designs are generally interesting. Perhaps a bit far-future for what you're looking for, but here are a few bits.

 Try looking up Clarke from Cosmic Star Heroine. If I weren't phone posting I could probably dig up something more extensive than just a few lo-fi images on GIS. I would try conjuring up something directly from the sprite sheets later but that almost certainly constitutes :filez:
