 In Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the scene with Eddie and Roger hiding at the theater watching a Goofy cartoon. Which segues into Valiant talking about losing his brother.

The combination of it being one long take slowly moving into Bob Hoskins' face. One of the best displays of acting in a film.
