Comcast business is roughly 20-50% more money than residential depending on package, includes a 4 hr repair SLA which applies even on weekends, and you can choose a 1, 2, or 3 year contract. The difference is the install fee, which is $200, 100, and 0 respectively. I've had business for the last few years and found it worthwhile for the improved service, response times, and lack of hassles. YMMV if these things don't matter as much to you.
