Maybe a good place that sells used comics online? The shop I go to told me they wouldn't be able to get something like that and annuals usually aren't included in any trades or collections. You can get it for $7 shipped from Ebay or Amazon, just watch out for people selling the codes.

I'm into my 3rd shortbox of Deadpool comics so I made a checklist of what I have. I have 326 Deadpool comics and 13 trades  The only big things I'm missing are the Cable & Deadpool run and the two Deadpool Max runs but I have the trades for them.

You're in luck because the trades are cheap. Cable/Deadpool was even reprinted recently.
