Viz just launched a mobile app that has access to tons of the manga they’ve published in the US. While the Shonen Jump app has stuff owned by Shueisha, the Viz app has a lot of comics owned by Shogakukan. For a subscription of $2 a month you get access to the works of Rumiko Takashi, Junji Ito, Taiyo Matsumoto, and more. It’s a ridiculously good deal. I’d really recommend it if you like Japanese comics
