Look at toy review websites for lists of good brands. The major (as in, I'm pretty sure they did it first) company is Tantus. Lelo is good too and smaller sex toy sites -- or your local shop, assuming you have a good one -- are generally the better places to go. There's no laws about labelling contents in general so the only way to ensure quality is to stick to places with great reputations. I don't believe that second one would be great for sexual use, since it's labelled Deep Tissue (deep tissue massages are pretty uncomfortable for a lot of people) and the percussive part sounds like it'll be more of a thudthudthud sensation than the buzzbuzzbuzz or rumblerumblerumble sensation that's expected in a vibrator. To me, porn in and of itself is a problem when it interferes with your regular sex life by creating terrible expectations or other things that make you uncomfortable, becomes a substitute for actual sex with you, or they do things like lie about the amount of time they watch it or money they spend on it. What are these other problems you're having and why do you think they're related to porn viewing?

Cordless Hitachi battery lasts two hours plus if someone's having trouble getting off in any reasonable length of time. It'll turn itself off for safety every 30 minutes but comes back on without problem. It can be used while it's charging too if there's ever a time someone forgets to plug it in.

T can be injected subcutaneously with insulin syringes. My doc had me, and presumably other trans guys, do the switch back in...2016, I wanna say. There can be psychological hesitation to injecting in the abdomen but it hurts way less.
