Anyone know if there's a reason Crunchyroll loads extremely slowly for me? I can load 720p videos on Youtube faster than they play but even a 480p Crunchyroll video takes forever.

Maybe he makes himself look incompetent so that his enemies won't think he's threatening enough to immediately kill, thus making his stand less dangerous to use. Or we're just overthinking things since a lot of characters in Jojo are silly and nonsensical.

It's kinda hard to guess how Dio would do against his own minions before knowing what his stand is/does. If you mean with just his Vampire powers I think a lot of the stands in the series would wreck him since he wouldn't be able to stop them without a stand of his own. His only way of winning would be to take out the stand user before he's killed.

If anyone was wondering why Iggy looks so different in the opening/ending and in the episode, his design changed gradually as the manga went on. He gets a human-ish face and looks kinda grotesque by the end.
