I liked the childhood flashbacks a ton, and I get it, but it seemed hokey and halted a lot of my emotion during that part of the episode. From then on, and during it image-wise, it resumed being really great. I like Wenge's ending the best, but I'm glad that everyone is having a blast in the epilogue. Once it got there all I could think of was the GITS 2nd gig's ending, the tachikomas were singing the same song and it's the only place I had heard it. Did anyone else see world trekking guy in Peco's time skip scene? He's in the crowd cheering.
