The policies just got put in place this month so we won't know how effective they are. The cynic in me expects that a market for exemption-friendly doctors is just going to pop up similar to what you see for medical marijuana, negating some of the potential impact. This is throwing up to many flags for me to believe it's real. B- But I see you've earned yourself a new title, so victory achieved nonetheless.
