I really hate how leftist or labour oriented parties are really struggling and never manage to gain mainstream support amongst the very people they try to advocate for while parties like UKIP can grab their ears simply by saying "them foreigners". I mean, really, is "lets get our fair pay and stronger unions and life security, secure free healthcare and better free state education and services" so unappealing to working class Britons compared to "lets attack all them foreign types"? maybe I'm just projecting a false sense of upsurge in popularity for far right parties like UKIP just because thats the hot topic of the media currently.
