According to Neogaf, Durante, the guy who brought us DSFix, has been given a review copy of the PC version and is currently working on an in depth article for PC Gamer about the difference between it and the console version. He probably wont be looking at the possibility of reimplementing the lighting system though. There's no ETA on that article yet but it will likely be out before release on the 25th.
