USA: Term limits for all politicians. Two terms or 10 years, whichever is shorter, and that's a lifetime max for a particular legislature. Term limits, in my opinion, would lower the power of lobbyists because the most they'll have someone is a decade and that's likely effectively only 2-3 years in a leadership position.
