I had never heard of this product before, and when I started reading the article I assumed it was a parody about companies trying to be cool on social media.

I am still not sure whether it is or not. Do Steak-Umms really exist? Are they really run by Ayn Rand fans? Did they really mention Elvis?

My favorite SA articles are the ones where I don't know if it is a joke or not.

Oh no. It's all 100% real. I dunno about the Ayn Rand part but it's an actual product and they actually mention Elvis in their guidelines.
