The Wii U has a great little library now. You can find refurbished bundles for $200 now and I'm sure you'll be able to find even better deals by the time Smash comes out on it.

Pac-Man was already in three Mario Kart games so I'll be surprised if he's not in this but if he makes it in and Snake doesn't, I'll blame him. (I know that's not how character decisions probably work.)

Played the game at Best Buy tonight and I tried Mega Man. I actually felt like I was playing a Mega Man game when I was controlling him so take that as you will. One cool thing I noticed was the character select theme changed to the N64 character select theme when it was my turn.
