How long have you been there? Are you able to search for the original job posting? They had to have put some kind of title or description. If you really have to make it up yourself, though, going off your description you sound like a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy there, so "Operations Specialist" would be a good one to cover all your bases. If you want to emphasize the technical aspects I think you can certainly go with "Technical Support Specialist" if you like. The good thing about being able to come up with it yourself is that you can change/tailor the job title to better suit whatever position you're applying for in the future, so you don't actually have to settle on just one. (Amusing anecdote: when a recruiter pitched me to a company for a data analyst position, before she submitted my resume she went through and added "__ /Data Analyst" to all of the listed titles in my job history that she could even remotely get away with).
