I spent ungodly amounts of time just prettying up my city with bushes, trees and gardens. I hope Tropico 5 will give me the same tools to be able to do so

Seeing the old portrait of Penultimo and the soundtrack from Tropico 4 in the background has made me kind of worried that they have ignored that during this game's production.
