I didn't see anything specifically forbidding this in the OP, so I'll go ahead and ask. Does anybody have tips for running this on Mac OS 10.8.5? I have legit physical copies of D2 and LoD, plus downloads from Battle.net. I was hoping to avoid having to run in Windows, but it looks more and more like that's the only option. Has anybody figured out a way to run on stupid-retarded-people-garbage-idiotcomputer Mac OS 10.8.5?

There are several guides on how to play Diablo 2 on Mac without using BootCamp. I don't know if anything's changed with Mac OS since I've last tried, but I've had success using both PlayOnMac and Wineskin. PlayOnMac tries for a more user-friendly experience, so provided it can be configured to access battle.net in 10.8.5, that's what I'd recommend trying.

Alright great, I'll check those out. Thanks.
