Not even kidding it eventually goes to like 159 and is the strongest internal in the game. On the Chinese server you basically solo shura instances with it. It has some special effect at the last level but there's no info aside from actually playing the Chinese version. Also only vagrants can use it.

He was explaining how self recollection is several orders above and beyond everything else like the 5ths.
