You'll also need a compressor and perhaps some fittings. All-in you can start airbrushing for around $100ish, maybe $150 depending on exactly what sort of setup you go for. The goons in the painting thread will be happy to help with more details, techniques, setup, etc.

Are the ones that're cheaper than the Neo generally complete crap, then?
