I, moths, oath some Cryx: Specifically: a Slayer warjack, two Warwitch Sirens, Mortenebra, and Deryliss. All are Privateer Press, 30mm, and for Warhachine. Mortenebra and the Slayer are both missing some parts, which I'll have to Oath Addition whenever they arrive.

Oath Complete! Mortenebra Deryliss Slayer Warwitch Sirens Some work-in-progress shots: (The Slayer on the right is not part of this oath - I painted it back in MKI and I'm matching colors.) I did not expect her head have to cover that glow. (I have some more WIP photos in my old phone if these don't cover a broad enough range of stages.) SEASON 5IVER

To offer some unsolicited advice, this is exactly how rules get bloated. Make a spreadsheet footnote if you'd like, but until it involves points or prizes there's no need to codify fun. Edit: or just leave it to Thundercloud to remember, he probably will!

I'd grandfather in zenithal priming up to and including this month, but then put in wording discouraging it in the future. "Zenithal priming" is a pretty loose concept; You could argue anything from a quick b&w prime job to fully painted Star Wars Stormtroopers. If someone is gaming this for advantage, the oath does not need to be accepted. The threat that it may be rejected should be enough to discourage anyone from gaming this permissiveness for advantage. Further, if anyone has a bunch of zenithal stuff already primed, why not allow showing it for immediate consideration? It wouldn't be a commitment or promise of future oathing, just an informal "Would these figures be accepted in the future?" with a binding accept or reject that can be quoted into any future oaths including those particular figures.

I, moths, oath 10 Skeletons, a Lich King, and Morgoth the Faceless for July 2014. All of these are 28mm, from Mantic Games for Kings of War. (Clarification: Mantic puts a ton of extras on their sprues, but I'm just doing ten of the skeletons.)

I've got hundreds of these jerks to paint, so I'm doing a style and scheme that doesn't take me very long.

Hey rad! I don't see them in the sponsor list, who do I contact? And due to some lovely planning on my part this was my last day to finish painting. Did I give up? HELL NO! OATH COMPLETE! BLITZ THRU FINISH EVERYTHING! This is the JURNAL NMM entry, I wanted to give him a dark metallic graphite look. And then there's more NMM on the bolter and gold areas! No metallics here! Too bad it's not Movember, I gave about 1/3 of these Romanians 15mm moustaches. Made a lot of mistakes, but I also learned a lot. This was about an hour speed-paint! Thankfully I did the Romanians first.

That guy's stuff is worth checking out even if he chooses not to sponsor. I just ordered some of his 28mm ruined city stuff, and the Necromunda-esque stuff looks fantastic. I, moths, oath 9 Sherman tanks for October. (They're different colors because there's resin, pewter, and different colored plastics there.) I'm also going to include some of the stowage / extra bits, and these three crewmen. I'm absolutely not painting all the stowage and extras on the sprues - I just wanted to be up-front that none of it was painted to begin with.

I, moths, oath one Infanterie Blindée Platoon: It's Flames of War, 15mm, from Battlefront. This is Battlefront's American Armored Rifle Platoon kit, but I'll be assembling it as Free French. This means I'm going to have some leftovers and not every figure will be used. So specifically, I'm painting: 5x Halftracks 1x Command Rifle Team 5x Rifle Teams 3x Bazooka Teams 2x LMG Teams 1x Mortar Team (I hope I didn't over-complicate this.)

OATH COMPLETE! Jurnal is the tons of mustaches and stubble these guys have.
