Titanfall 2 better be announced at E3, all I want is more content and the gameplay from TF1 intact. Playing that game with goons was great tho Wazzit and Papa Javes carried the poo poo out us. Been replaying past CoDs recentely and Blops 1 is still pretty good, but the fact it has the Olympia and the Galil probably helps.

Not sure if anyone is REALLY is having fun. I just can't stop grinding away at rep and waiting for Felwinters to drop in IB. I'm having more fun with Destiny, since the grind got a lot easier. Needing one etheric light or exotic shard per item is a lot less lovely than each item needing 18+ ascendant/radiant shards/energies. I still need the etheric lights to start dropping for me but the RNG still needs some means of loving me over.

My account is playing destiny a bunch but it's my girlfriend, I haven't bothered to roll a character yet. I have gripes with the Fallout trailer but I'm still going to buy it. Probably for PC for mods. Since you know it's going to be buggy and crash the consoles.

Played Carrier for the first time today. Bruce Campbell against the undead rules, as always. I noticed a couple new changes: - There's a new exo upgrade called Exo Stockpile, which lets you carry more ammo, grenades, etc. - Two new powerups: Explosive Touch, which kills anything that touches you, and Open Fire, which gives you unlimited ammo for a short time (even on weapons you have that may have been out of ammo before the powerup, although they will go back to being empty once its over) - The survivor escort rounds have been replaced by bomb defusing. Guys with guns will attempt to plant bombs and you have to avoid both them and the zombies and defuse the bomb. Doing so will award a random powerup, not sure what happens if you fail. - Dogs are back to their own special round. Open Fire is extremely fun if you have the Irons pistols. I was a bit annoyed that the maps you can see in the level don't show you which 3D printer is currently working.

The best I've done was a 22 solo run that I was mostly trying to unlock achievements (stupid grenade plinko game). My strategy has been to work my way to Cargo through Bio Lab (leaving the Lift door closed) then use the death zamboni trap to distract zombies while I train the rest around the outer perimeter of the room. The zamboni trap is also a decent distraction trap so you can work your way to the bombs as well.

Blops 3 looks really good. Hope Treyarc do what they always do and make CoD good and fun. AW was the most painful awful poo poo ever and Ghosts was boring.

It takes some dedicated trial and error to find them, and quite frankly  at the devs or publishers hiring people just to find some mistake in the map geometry.

There was a 2GB update a few days ago and it hasn't fixed any of the new maps' exploits or bugs. On Kremlin, there's an invisible wall on the middle bridge that you can't walk through. You just run into a wall and get gunned down. Just happens to be where the satellite spawns in Uplink. There are exploits on at least 2 of the other maps too. Great job, Sledgehammer. Couldn't log into Elder Scrolls and Destiny due to XBL issues but A&W worked.  Played a map I don't think I've ever played before, Urban or something? I don't think I bought the Season Pass or anything. Strange. The movement in A&W never clicked with me and still feels janky when compared to Titanfall or even Destiny.  Also because I'm loving insane or something I popped in Ghosts, apparently there's a 24/7 hot dawg playlist? I kinda had fun.

Even the lovely CoD's have all had at least 1 fun map. In MW3 it was the Paris map and set up a bunch of turrets in the house and people would keep running in and get mowed down, which would lead to them running back for revenge kills. Holy QuickTime event, this games single player. I just want to kill off the population of a small country with Kevin spacey monologuing or singing to me, is that to much to ask? Also why do all COD trailers feature the highly tactical "running in a straight line" while shooting blind people. I do find it quite amusing that all they really showed was how the map can kill you.

I could see myself giving up the series, but I don't think anybody else has a game that could replace it in terms of shooting mans with goons. Destiny dropped off pretty quick, and Titanfall was good but didn't have variety to keep people playing. The CoD series has been slipping as a whole, sales are down even with some number of people buying the new games twice as they upgrade consoles. Losing a lot of talent at Infinity Ward, and Sledgehammer's AW being bland as poo poo, has arguably put Treyarch in the position of the best of the franchise's developers. Add in that Blops3 is the first game to have the new 3yr dev cycle since they added Sledgehammer, and it's the best shot they've got to bring people's interest back. I think they ham-stringed themselves by continuing to put out last-gen versions of the game, but I recognize that next gen sales alone probably wouldn't be enough to make their money back. Ha I watched that youtube trailer and having not played since launch, it seems like the devs just said "gently caress it throw in everything." Cautiously optimistic for BO3, but my last favorite COD was MW3. I loved that London map, and the killstreaks were the last ones I remember really enjoying. Then they had to gently caress with it, getting rid of care packages, nerfing predators, etc. etc.
