I stumbled over this:  Mr Eff cosplay! I went and looked to see if there was any other obscure Jhonen Vasquez character cosplay and found a bunch:  Filler Bunny (also JTHM, Zim and Gir)  Happy Noodle Boy  Squee (plus another Gir) There's a complete shitload of goths/emo kids dressed as JTHM but they pretty much look like they always look so they're not worth posting.

Looks like a weird camera angle. I think he's puffing his chest out, and with the way the pic is taken it looks like he's also trying to shove his chin forward and neck backwards. Very odd.
