Oddly specific question- a friend (female, mid 20's, petite but very fit) lost her right arm below the elbow a couple of years back, and she's been thinking up cosplay/general costume ideas that play off the arm. She likes the idea of dressing up as Nemo (from Finding Nemo) or Luke Skywalker (although that seems pretty tough to pull off) but I thought I'd check this thread for more thoughts on this. What would you do?

I hate to say anything specific, 'cause it counts as a spoiler, but a certain character in the latest episode of the Walking Dead video game. I bet this would be a popular one.

Alternatively: Lady Waziria from Thor: God of Thunder.

I just finished the excellent Shadowrun: Dragonfall (which you should play) and I was wondering if there was any Glory cosplay. I figured probably not since it's so goddamn niche, but sure enough:

Granted this seems to be an artist who worked on the game itself, but it's very rad. Sadly no Eiger that I can find, though even as a dude I would actually consider doing that myself if I was even remotely into cosplay.

That may be a lady. No idea about the character, though.

It's Solas and the (elf) player character from Dragon Age Inquisition. It's pretty good! If it's a woman that certainly is cosplaying to your body type.

If it's anything like here (Denmark) Simpsons has been running 2-4 episodes a day in the same timeslot on the same channel since at least the mid-90s. People get weird about tradition like that.

Yeah even if you can find a 100% safe way to do it, no good person should look at a dyed pet without thinking just a little bit that maybe you should not put an animal through that. It's like feeding them lovely food like cake or something because it's their birthday. Stop being a dumb human.

Instead of getting back to the main story line and writing book 6, he's apparently decided that writing side-line/other stories is more fun or something, because in October of this year the book "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" comes out. Initially I thought it was book 6, and I was happy, but then I actually looked at it, and it's set 100 years before the current story line. Even better, it's the first of THREE prequels.

Dear George. gently caress you, finish the first story before writing a trilogy of prequels you lazy bastard.

That book is a collection of his Dunk & Egg stories which were written years ago, dude. I don't disagree that his schedule is ridiculous, but it's not like he's writing a bunch of other books in the meantime.

Nah. Greg Land just traces porn and has no ideas or creative instinct of his own. Liefeld has a distinct, hilarious style, even if it's poo poo. Rob Liefeld created a character named Forearm, whose power is to have four arms. Greg Land could never reach those heights.
