I'm not sure how I feel about the number of friends I have who have liked The Fibromyalgia Support Network. Maybe I'm just uneducated.

It's impossible to accurately diagnose most of the time and 99% of people who claim it have no idea what it is, they just heard that friends of theirs with fatigue issues linked to something else have it. It's almost always concurrent with a very treatable issue like iron deficiency or untreated diabetes or prediabetes. It also doesn't help when people allege they have "Malignant Fibromyalgia" and/or treat it homeopathically because they blame their condition on common modern medications.
