I don't know the actual numbers, but the risk of injury is lower than most people think. It's definitely not zero though. On the other hand, if something does go wrong, it's probably not going to go a little bit wrong.

The best part is how the events change over time. At the 2014 Arnold Classic (the other big event besides WSM), the yoke walk involved carrying 1200 and 1400 lb. yokes for 10 feet. This year's event is 1300 and 1500 lbs. for 15 feet.

Based on our best estimate of Pluto's size before the New Horizons measurements, we thought that it actually had less surface area than Russia. I don't know if that's still true, but if it's not, they're still comparable. Also, the site's not responding right now, but there's a very nice scale visualization of the solar system where the moon is one pixel. It'll take you about twenty minutes to scroll through by hand.
